The Burford Digital display for the Model 2000 Servo Twist Tyer displays error messages. The display aides in the trouble shooting of operator and maintenance problems found by the Servo Twist Tyer. The time required in diagnosing and solving problems is reduced and thus production delays are minimized.
Package Detection System
The Burford Package Detection System (PDS-100) is the latest innovative improvement to the Model 2000 Servo Twist Tyer. The system monitors products that pass the Burford Model 2000 Servo Twist Tyer and stops the bagger if a proper twist-tie is not applied. The system automatically resets after the next accepted package.
