DC5200 Smart Shaker
The Burford® Smart Shaker is designed with integrated pan clamps that center dough pieces by using orbital, in-line or hardway motion. Depending on your product configuration the Smart Shaker can be programmed for the specific motion that will provide the best results. The Model DC5200 has been updated to move the clamping mechanism from overhead to underneath. Additionally this new version integrates a pivoting conveyor that allows for quick access to the mechanical components. Through innovative technology dough correction has never been easier.
